Ireland's 5th International Plein Air Painting Competition.
7 days of painting in spectacular locations in south-east Ireland.
I'd been thinking about attending this plein air competition for about a year. So when Plein Air Artists posted a contest to win 8 nights in a 4-star spa resort - sposnored by Whites Hotel, I entered three works to be judged. The winner was announced on St. Patty's Day, and it was me! I am thrilled to have the chance to take part in my first international competition, and to meet artists from around the globe.
